EndorseStudents  will help your students enhance their resume with a report that includes an evaluation from employers, supervisors, teachers, instructors, internships and others in just 3 easy steps!

Step 1:

After receiving the email from the education counselor, the student creates an account with an email address and password. To engage references, the student selects one of the reference types to engage teachers, instructors, professors, coaches, volunteer coordinators, internships or others from the occupation drop-down menu to engage other reference types. The student can choose as many references as they wish to engage.

The student enters the reference’s contact information and details relating to their interaction with this individual.

Step 2:

EndorseStudents  will automatically generate questions based on the reference type and the information entered in the prior step. Students have the option to delete any of the standard questions that are created for the reference type.

Step 3:

Students can utilize an important new feature – Students can create specific questions for references that will highlight their unique skills and experience. This step allows students to personalize their Letters of Recommendation and offer their references the opportunity to further comment on the unique nature of the student’s abilities, performance and accomplishments.

EndorseStudents will create a personalized Letter of Recommendation for the student with the responses from their references, which will highlight experience and abilities that will help the student standout from the crowd.

Every Letter of Recommendation report will include a unique link similar to the one listed below. This link can be included in a resume, employment application, even when applying for a job online or in an email to a recruiter. Just one click and the employer can view your references.
